 Voices of the Void (VOTV), is an indie horror-survival-sandbox game by Mr.Dr.Nose / EternityDev. It follows Dr. Kel, set up in the mountains of switzerland to collect and refine signals and generally take care of the new base. The game has a general gameplay cycle of get signal, refine, collect satellite hash codes, and sell.

 There's occasional bumps in the road such as transformers or servers going down, as well as random and story mode 'events' that can be something silly or the absolute horrors. The game has very vague lore, based around two alien species you'll have frequent run-ins with.

 The game is name your own price on Itch.io, and i recommend supporting them if you enjoy the game.

 My first time playing this game, I did not stop for over a full month. It has a gameplay cycle at its core but there is SO much outside of that. Story-mode events, random events, even triggerable events not to mention all of the collectibles you can find and sometimes summon.

 Theres various game-modes, while not too different can provide different play experiences. The normal is story-mode, but it also has an infinite mode, an ambient mode (base game with no events), a limited sandbox mode, and a torment difficulty mode. Even playing it now, after a full month of playing it I am still finding out new things and seeing new events, and each update only adds to that.

 The game is updated maybe yearly, i'm honestly not sure, but each update brings very substantial changes and additions. I fully believe this game is worth a good price, and it's still shocking to me that it's only name-your-price.
